The Argentinian capital, with an estimated population of 15 million, came out as second safest when it came to harmful cultural practices such as female genital mutilation and forced marriages. But the city was voted eighth worst when it came to women having good access to economic resources such as education, land, and financial services such as bank accounts and loans.
